Candid Comments and Practicalities

Enjoy A Week at Sorrento & Positano

If you’ve been to Rome, Florence and Venice and want this trip to focus on a different kind of Italy, here’s your chance.

Three nights at Positano and three nights at Sorrento give you enough time to do this the right way, without sacrificing opportunities to relax for chances to explore on great day trips. From Sorrento you can visit Capri or Ischia on your own by boat. And for Pompeii, we’ve included a full-day excursion with private driver. You can add Mt. Vesuvius, and you can substitute Herculaneum for Pompeii or Vesuvius. From Positano you’ll get a full-day private drive along the Amalfi Coast. Longer trips to Paestum or Caserta can be arranged as options.

This package works best with flights into and out of the airport at Naples. Or fly into Naples, and when you’re finished at Positano and Sorrento, you can head north for added time at Rome, Florence or Venice and fly back from one of those airports.
